Schedule & Benefits:

Monday - Friday, 6am - 1pm

Pay: $18.81/hr + Tip Pool (typically ranges from $23-$33 per hour)

Uniform Allowance

$10 per shift to spend at Leven locations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible to prep and assemble all Catering orders including sandwiches, salads, platters, and more

Secondarily responsible to assist in food preparation of food for the restaurant, including chopping, dicing, marinating, and more

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep kitchen, including storing ingredients, labeling, and rotating stock to avoid spoilage

Ensure all prep work is completed to meet quality and safety standards, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation practices

Maintain inventory and assist with ordering food and supplies as needed

Assist in keeping the prep kitchen areas clean and organized

Experience:

Previous Catering/Back Captain experience strongly preferred

1-3 years of prep cooking experience, preferably with catering or high-volume kitchen experience.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Physical Demands:

Continuously performing hand and wrist work, including grasping

Frequently bending and twisting, with occasional pushing and pulling, fine hand manipulation, reaching above the shoulder, and kneeling or squatting

May require the climbing of stairs depending on location.

Continuously lifting or carrying 0-15 pounds, frequently lifting or carrying 20-50 pounds, and rarely lifting over 50 pounds

Sitting and standing for extended periods
