About The Job: Frisco Haus Cafe is looking to add a Cafe Lead (Full-time) and Cafe Staff (Part-Time) to our team! Hours of the cafe are 10am-5pm Thursday-Monday. Hours are flexible! Are you passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? Frisco Haus Cafe & Grill is seeking an experienced staff for the Winter season at our exciting new location within the Frisco Adventure Park. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fun, motivated team, bringing European-inspired mountain cuisine and a full-service coffee bar to locals and park visitors alike.

As a staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience, while also supporting the growth of a new and expanding business. You’ll have the chance to work closely with ownership, manage daily operations, and lead a dedicated team, all while benefiting from competitive pay, access to park amenities, and monthly profit-sharing.

Qualifications:

Spanish is a plus!

Ability to work weekends/holidays

Physical ability to grasp, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs

1+ years of experience managing or working in a breakfast service environment

Desire to work in a fast-paced and interactive environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills in Word and Excel

State-required Food Handlers Certification

Responsibilities:

Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous, and genuine hospitality

Demonstrate leadership that inspires and empowers team members to succeed, grow, and develop

Possess strong communication skills and the ability to train and develop team members

Oversee daily management of the restaurant, including scheduling, paperwork, team coaching, and ensuring compliance with property-specific best practices and standards

Collaborate with ownership to grow the business through revenue, marketing, and awareness efforts

Control all cash and charge receipts, adhering to cash handling best practices

Support the team on the floor when needed, observe behavior, and provide meaningful feedback

Monitor food presentation and service quality, ensuring standards are maintained

Ensure all equipment, fixtures, and floor coverings are kept clean and free of hazards

Maintain efficient operations, adhering to safety and quality guidelines

Monitor deliveries and verify product quantity and condition

Maintain organized stock areas, ensuring proper labeling and adequate supply levels

Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure efficient guest service

Ensure team members attend all mandatory meetings and complete required training promptly
