Required Certification(s):- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Desktop Engineering experience (3-5 years)
- Strong experience in configuring and supporting Windows workstations
- Troubleshooting issues with workstations (drivers, performance, application errors, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with building dashboards and reports
- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) workstation software (Aternity (preferred), Lakeside Systrack, Nexthink, Dyantrace, AppDynamics)
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in professional services, technical consulting, or software development/systems administration preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including customer facing communications.
