Enter New Units into TMT Database.
Ensure New units are activated in tracking of Equipment in all Databases
Responsible for the validity of Unit information in TMT
Projects-Provide Project leader ship related to process and cost improvements
Technology Campaign updates on Equipment and Tracking
Cost analysis on Maintenance Labor at third party Shops
New Vendor Selection and recommendations
Inventory Numbering Consistency across all internal shops
Vendor analysis of inventory purchases.
Evaluate Inventory Stocking Levels
Review Vendor Managed Inventory Opportunities.
Review of Maintenance processes at all JBS Maintenance Shops.
Responsible for Truck and Trailer New Units and Trades which includes:
TrackingShop (Internal/External) Completion of Repairs for Turn in.
Coordinating with Operations Department on Parking Trucks
Coordinate with our shops the order of equipment to park and make ready
Review third party estimates for Trade trucks to manage costs.
Provide Status updates to asset manager on progress.
Responsible for Reporting:
Weekly reporting of Unit Listing in TMT Accuracy-( Unit Details)
Weekly Inventory Reporting of TMT- All Shop Inventory Reporting
Identify Units that should be prepared for disposition/sale and moved to reports only
Physical Disposition of old units. Sale/Scrap
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
One to three years’ transportation experience preferred.
Computer skills with focus in Microsoft Excel
Ability to mutli-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work as a team player, and independently.
Acute verbal and written communication.
Strong listening skills.
Strong ability for planning and organizing.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000.00;and
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
