Maintenance Position Starting $25-$30 per hr

Looking for someone with basic maintenance skills and attention to detail

MUST currently live in Steamboat, Hayden, Craig or Oak Creek

Small Management Company with non-rental Homes

Must have skills such as minor plumbing, trouble shooting, irrigation, painting, staining, minor lighting etc.

Will include some labor jobs as well, such as Christmas lights, minor landscape work, shoveling in the winter etc.

We do all jobs that occur in homes, so home repair skills is a must.

Must be organized, efficient and able to work hour program on a phone.

Starting Position is $25 with pay going up depending on skills and quality of work
