Job Posting: Maintenance Technician IIShift - 6am - 230pmPay Rate - $30/hrLocation: Denver, COWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the functionality of plant equipment by performing electrical and mechanical repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both preventative and predictive maintenance practices.Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Maintenance certification preferred.

Experience:

2 years of mechanical and maintenance experience preferred.

2 years of electrical experience preferred.

2 years of industrial and machine-tool maintenance experience preferred.

Skills & Certifications:

Knowledge of wiring techniques, schematics, and troubleshooting 2 & 3 Phase motors.

Familiarity with hand and power tools, welding and cutting equipment.

CMMS system (SAP) experience preferred.

Forklift and manlift licenses required or ability to obtain.

Work Environment:

Exposure to wet/humid conditions, extreme cold/heat, and airborne particles.

Moderate noise levels, moving mechanical parts, and potential electrical shock risks.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, handling, and lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Occasional sitting, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities:

70% Maintenance:

Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting.

Conduct preventive maintenance on machines, lubricate equipment, and perform mechanical repairs.

Assist in machine relocation and equipment building.

10% Safety & 5S:

Ensure a safe work environment, perform safety walk-throughs, and comply with all PPE and safety policies.

10% Skill Development:

Participate in ongoing training related to maintenance and safety.

10% Teamwork:

Contribute as an active team member in chartered teams for continuous improvement.
