Support the full contracts management lifecycle, inclusive of the development of proposals, as well as oversight and administration of contracts within a varied customer portfolio
Integration of new contracts, Request For Proposal (RFP) assessments, capture and proposal strategy
Customer engagement and collaboration
Contract administration & negotiation with the U.S. Government and Prime Contractors
Work closely with Program Managers and other functions that may be geographically dispersed to construct, submit and negotiate proposals
Provide support to stakeholders regarding contractual and business issues
Ensure negotiated terms comply with company policies
Advise stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations and mitigation of contractual/program risks
Provide sound contract administration to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies
Professionally represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop business relationships
Partner with Key Program Functions in the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development of proposals, proposal reviews and coordination, negotiation, contractual agreements, contracts implementation, as well as general contract administration
Manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure work is performed to the overall contract scope
Work closely within cross-functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate Terms and Conditions and pricing proposals, examine and understand cost structure estimates of labor, material, engineering services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
Provide guidance regarding contractual and business issues, advising stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations as well as possible mitigation of contractual/program risk
Clearance & Citizenship Requirements:
Active and transferable U.S. Government issued security clearance (TS/SCI) required prior to start date
U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Typical Education:Typically requires a university degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 6 years stated experience.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
8 years of relevant work experience in Government contract administration under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/ Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and related government regulations
8 years of experience developing and managing proposal cost structures, performance requirements, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions
8 years of experience managing and administering various contract types (Cost, Cost Plus Incentive, Cost Plus Award Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Pricing, Time & Materials, etc.)
Prior experience working in a controlled area (SCIF)
5+ years of experience creating reports and presentations utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe

Professional presence complemented by outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

ALL eligibility requirements must be met to receive the Referral Award.The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
