Further information is provided during the recruitment process.Position: Manager, Talent Acquisition – RetailThe Manager, Talent Acquisition – Retail will be an integral part of the North America Talent Acquisition Team by supporting hiring in our 700 retail stores. The Manager will be responsible for creating strategies for attracting and engaging talent for Vans, The North Face and Timberland retail locations. Each of these brands falls under the VF family; however, each has unique values and needs. The Manager will partner with the leaders of each brand to identify consistency across talent acquisition needs while taking those individual needs into account when developing recruiting strategies. This role will have two Retail Recruiters to implement tools and resources to better engage and recruit hourly and store management candidates, and the manager will personally own recruiting for multi-unit level retail operators.How You Will Make a Difference:Create recruiting strategies, tools, and resources for hourly and retail leadership positions.

Identify new channels and technology to attract and engage a continual pipeline of candidates.

Build recruiting processes that highlight and enhance the candidate experience for all candidates.

Partner with Brand retail leaders and create consistent processes that will drive hires to effectively meet the needs of the business; identify and allow for unique brand needs.

Lead and develop two Retail Recruiters, one dedicated to Vans and one dedicated to The North Face, in attracting and hiring store management and partnering with store leadership to implement hourly staffing strategies.

Drive a focus on diverse hiring strategies; adapt corporate initiatives to meet the needs of retail processes and goals.

Identify retail-specific opportunities for reaching underrepresented populations and conveying VF’s EVP.

Create experiences for students/candidates at career fairs and hiring events; build brand awareness across target populations.

Ensure store management teams have the skills needed to effectively assess and identify talent for their stores.

Own and optimize the Hire Vue relationship and evaluate the tool to be used in additional locations.

Personally own Retail Leadership openings across brands.

Champion the Retail-First initiative to ensure retail associates are aware and have access to corporate openings. Track effectiveness of the program and report back accomplishments to TA leaders

Build toolkit for new store openings.

Ensure Retail Recruiters are partnering with DMs to meet hiring goals.

Salary Range:$90,720.00 USD - $136,080.00 USD annuallyAnnual Incentive Eligibility :This position is eligible to participate in VF's Annual Incentive Plan.
