Job Description
Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will develop, qualify, and implement new processes to address technology changes along with work along side program team to support design and manufacturing of electronics build.
The candidate will provide support to manufacturing technicians to address in process anomalies and process indicators. The Engineer will disposition in-process anomalies and will use Valor to review engineering designs for DFx.
The candidate will create part footprints in Valor and attend and execute all hardware review meetings, table top reviews, and signoff meetings. The Engineer will provide oversight and programming of all automated production equipment (PNP programming, new component implementation programming, equipment troubleshooting, AOI layout importing).The candidate will also create production and rework travelers.
Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of manufacturing process and procedure for production of high reliability PCB assemblies in the aerospace market.
- Must have experience with Valor or equivalent and MRP/ERP systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering is required.
- A concentration in Electronics Manufacturing is preferred.
- Must have at least 2 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Additional Information
Compensation: Base payrange is $65,000-$75,000 depending on qualifications. SEAKR offers an attractive benefits package, whichincludeseligibility for a year-end bonus.
