Marketing Specialist I

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our fast paced, customer service-oriented marketing team!  You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO!A bit more about what you’ll do…Supports digital storefront/website marketing strategies and programs of improving effectiveness and increasing demand for apartment rentalsCollaborate with executive stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional team members.Enhances and ensures accurate marketing content and messaging among various digital platforms including websites, kiosks/iPads, Marketing TVsProfessionally represents Marketing team and company in all communication both written and verbalSupports in creating reports, helps analyze data, and communicates findings to supervisorResearches and tests marketing conceptsHelps support working with vendors to research marketing concepts and execute programsWorks with other members of marketing team to assist with time-sensitive projectsMonitors business intelligence on industry and competitionSupports in order placement and setting up programming and devices for community supportCoordinates with cross-functional team members to accomplish project objectivesCreate reports and communicate findings. Ensure campaigns are on time and on budget.
