Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service while assisting Guests and Owners with spa and hotel information.Perform 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120-minute massage treatments, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout.Deliver personalized service by recognizing and responding to each Guest’s individual needs and expectations.Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in safe working order.Support other areas of the Spa operation, including body treatments, product knowledge, and retail sales.Follow all departmental, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
