The Digital Marketing team pushes itself every day to be a world-class, innovative, data-driven team that develops, maintains, and maximizes our relationships with key internal constituents, online agencies, and digital ad networks to drive business growth. Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead innovation and development of digital marketing programs to deliver sales overnight and brand over time
- Embrace consumer shopping and buying behaviors across multiple platforms to manage the entire marketing funnel to drive consumer preference of DISH as their entertainment provider of choice
- Leverage segmentation and marketing analytics to provide insights and deliver programs to maximize marketing return on investment
- Manage digital media planning, buying, and optimization relationships with our agencies and network partners. Partner with the entire marketing organization to ensure holistic campaigns that together deliver significant market share shift
- Strategically assess acquisition opportunities, current customer impact, and implement corporate-wide programs
- Effectively manage teams and projects with strong organizational and communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis
- A minimum of 8 years experience in digital marketing
- Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and passion for innovation and agile responsiveness
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, but a willingness and desire to 'roll up your sleeves'
- A proven record of effective leadership and desire to mentor and train junior to mid-level team members
- Expertise in online creative and message (re)targeting and in-depth experience with online analytics tools
- Experience managing campaigns, analyzing performance media data, and working with partners at the following platforms: Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Google, Youtube, Amazon Advertising, Display DSP, Video DSP, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking
- Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Proven experience in working directly with senior leadership teams
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
