Job Title: Medical Device AssemblerLocation: Longmont, COShift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experienceJob Description:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to join a growing manufacturing company in Longmont, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging medical devices according to established procedures and guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a strong understanding of assembly tools and techniques.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble medical devices and components using hand tools and automated equipment.
Utilize microscopes and magnifying glasses to ensure accuracy.
Operate various machines, including robots and laser welders.
Perform quality inspections to uphold high standards.
Adhere strictly to GMP processes and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of assembled devices, including specifications and test results.
Assist in packaging and labeling of final products for shipping.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Clean Room Environment:
Work in a controlled, contamination-free environment.
Wear clean room attire such as gowns, gloves, and hairnets.
Follow stringent hygiene and cleanliness protocols – no make-up, jewelry, fake nails/ nail polish
Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to clean room standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in small parts assembly.
Proficiency in working under a microscope is plus, but not required
Experience with documentation.
Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
