JOB SUMMARYResponsible for creating and implementing a strategy to evolve and expand the Spectrum Connectivity Team’s employee onboarding, engagement and development programs. This role will work closely with Product Leadership, Internal Communications, Human Resources and other departments to ensure programs are approved and endorsed, driving participation across the team. This position is also responsible for supporting launch coordination for Connectivity and working closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to communicate any customer and agent impacts to non-technical stakeholder teams. The role will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer and employee experience.Coordinate non-technical go-to-market functions for key mobile products and services.Lead regular cross-functional meetings between key teams to ensure successful program launches that align with product strategy.Maintain and foster communication across all divisions and functions within Charter and partner as needed.Manage high performing team by leading, developing, training and providing effective coaching to attract and foster talent.Lead and support organization and execution of Team related events and employee focused special projects.Effectively communicate project expectations, timelines, milestones and deliverables in a timely and clear fashion.Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline the processes.Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to communicate effectively across all functions and levels of the organization to include strong presentation skillsAbility to execute programs against requirementsAbility to demonstrate company values, maintain a positive demeanor, encourage different points of view and work across functions to deliver resultsAbility to influence internal and external contactsAbility to engage and build consensus through collaboration and influenceProject management skills with the ability to establish key priorities, and tactical plans to maximize successful executionDemonstrated attention to detailAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlinesRequired EducationBachelor’s degreeRequired Related Work Experience and Number of Years5+ years of Planning and execution experience5+ years of Related industry experience (Cable, Telecommunications, Software/Online Services)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeProduct marketing experiencePreferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years2+ years of Management or leadership experienceWORKING CONDITIONSOffice environmentSome travel requiredMPD528 323749 323749BR Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
