Mgr, Launch Management

JOB SUMMARYResponsible for creating and implementing a strategy to evolve and expand the Spectrum Connectivity Team’s employee onboarding, engagement and development programs. This role will work closely with Product Leadership, Internal Communications, Human Resources and other departments to ensure programs are approved and endorsed, driving participation across the team. This position is also responsible for supporting launch coordination for Connectivity and working closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to communicate any customer and agent impacts to non-technical stakeholder teams. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
