About Us: At A Move Handled With Care, we are a white glove moving concierge service offering a full range of services including downsizing, rightsizing, sorting, packing, moving, unpacking, move coordination, and organizing. We cater to a variety of clients, specializing in traditional residential moves, luxury home moves, and moves for seniors. Position Overview: As a Move Assistant, you'll be a key part of our team, supporting in packing, unpacking, and organizing clients' belongings. This role offers strong potential for growth within the company, including opportunities to advance to Team Lead or Move Manager roles, where you’ll be responsible for leading moves independently and managing staff and moving contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with packing, unpacking, and staging clients' homes according to our guidelines.

Help sort and downsize clients' belongings

Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 25+ hours per week availability between 8am and 5pm.

Work sites are typically in the south and southeast Denver metro areas.

Benefits:

Starting pay: $18/hour with room for growth.

Mileage reimbursement.

48 hours of sick leave annually.

4% matching 401k program after 9 months of employment.

Flexible scheduling and strong potential for career advancement into Team Lead ($21+/hr) or Move Manager ($25+/hr) roles.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Prior experience with senior clients or in a customer service role is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.

Ability to navigate company operation apps, Google Drive and basic computer skills.

Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 30lbs.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
