Need help cleaning up old hay animals didn’t eat

I need to have the old/fallen hay removed from within my goat enclosure and at a separate unenclosed feeding spot. Varies in depth, some areas a few inches and some around 1-2 feet or so. Ideally the old hay would also be removed from my property at a dump site after removed. Located in west Loveland. Hourly or per job completion.
