This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Network Support Technician will use proficient skill and general information technology knowledge to conduct moderately complex first-level support tasks with complex procedures for information technology infrastructure support and operations.Key Accountabilities

Participates in partnering and collaboration within team to execute tasks and meet customer needs.

Perform moderately complex, first level technology support tasks to purchase, install, configure and maintain operating system equipment and software.

Follow and execute on existing infrastructure strategies, process and systems.

Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Other duties as assigned

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.

Minimum of four years of related work experience.

Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Office Suite, Teams.

Experience with KRONOS time clocks, Access Points, Teams Phones, TVs, Projectors.

Experience with Microsoft Servers, Cisco Switches, and Networking.
