Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Call Center Appointment Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, building rapport, and scheduling appointments for our Acquisition Team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a personable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate appointments for our Acquisition Managers.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.

Clearly communicate our services and what we offer that others don't.

Schedule appointments for our Acquisition Managers based on customer preferences and availability.

Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in our database.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
