Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - School-Based Health Center

Job Description

Salud Family Health is excited to open a school-based health center located at the Fort Morgan High School.

This clinic will deliver integrated primary care services, including medical, dental, and behavioral health to students and personnel.

This clinic will primarily serve the high school and due to its location, will also provide services to students and personnel from the elementary and middle schools.

This position will have the opportunity to implement and open a new clinic that will support the Fort Morgan community.

• $105,000 to $135,000

Qualifications

• Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited NP or PA program

• Possess an unrestricted PA or NP license in good standing in the State of Colorado

• The ability to speak Spanish is stronglypreferred
• Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner /Physician’s Assistant preferred
