Job Description
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – CCT (Community COVID-19 Team)TheNurse Practitioner / Physician Assistantprimaryresponsibility is to support Salud’s COVID 19 Vaccination efforts within the service area to include Aurora, Brighton, Commerce City, Estes Park, Frederick, Ft. Collins, Ft. Lupton, Ft. Morgan, Longmont, and Sterling. Excludes Trinidad.
Community vaccination events include working with Schools andlocal businesses, toserve hard-to-reach populations as requested. Services are completed via Salud’s mobile vans or within community buildings. Service level varies based on requests for vaccination.
Secondaryresponsibility: On days when Community activities are not scheduled, staff will support the local Salud clinic in their area of expertise.

- Starting Annual Salary - $75,000 to $113,300

Qualifications
Education:Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited NP or PA programLicensure:Possess an unrestricted PA or NP license in good standing in the State of ColoradoKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- The ability to speak Spanish stronglypreferred
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities a must
- 3 years experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner /Physician’s Assistant preferred
- Travel is required and the incumbent must be present at the designation location and time either via the mobile van or other means of reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed if space is not available on the mobile van
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Must be able to left up to 50 lbs
