Focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.What you will be doing?Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean or Six Sigma.Responsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation.Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.Collects data to identify root cause of problems.Measures performance against process requirements.​What you will need:2+ years of OMNI PLUS experience2+ years of recent experience in Wealth & RetirementAdmin Web knowledgeSome client facing experienceRequires highest level understanding of organization’s business systems and industry requirements In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processesBasic knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologiesAdvanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in business process development, documentation and re-engineeringProficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologiesAdded bonus if you have:Broad knowledge of FIS’ products and services, business practices and processesWhat we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
