Job Title: IT Service Desk SpecialistLocation: Boulder, COClearance Required: Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Public Trust clearanceDescription: IBSS is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to work on-site in Boulder, CO providing helpdesk support to users within the Enterprise IT Operations of the OCIO of a civilian Federal government agency. Required Experience, Skills, Education and Responsibilities:- 3-5 years of professional experience applying knowledge of the following in support of end users:
- Microsoft O365/Teams and Adobe
- MFD/Printer admin and support
- Hardware configuration/preparation
- Software installation
- Asset Management
- Telecommunication setup and issuance (desk and cell phones)
- Mobile Device Manager and Endpoint manager
- Microsoft Active Directory Administration
- MFA Administration
- Helpdesk Ticketing Systems (such as ServiceNow or BMC Footprints)
