Job Description

In this new role on our CSM tribe, you will play a critical role in delighting new customers and setting up the team for success. You will manage all aspects of the implementation process taking ideas to reality. You have proven yourself in a customer success role, preferably in the healthcare or human resources industry, and have a passion for helping people. How you'll spend your days:

  • Managing all aspects of the customer implementation journey including company profiles, employee leave plans, workflows and tools for success
  • Developing a deep understanding of the platform and how each customer can fully leverage the TiLT platform
  • Engaging with the customer and sales team throughout the engagement process to fully understand each customer’s unique needs
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date customer records in our CRM for handoff to customer success and FMLA Coaches
  • Serving as our "voice of the customer" to help evangelize future product enhancements internally
  • Continuously seeking ways to level up the implementation process
  • Jumping in to help wherever you can – we are a small but mighty team!

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of experience as an implementation specialist in a heavily regulated organization – like human resources, healthcare or law
  • Passionate about helping customers achieve their desired outcomes
  • Ability to quickly build trust in each customer relationship; establishing yourself as a confident advisor and loyal guide
  • Strong project coordination skills – you can build workflows and gently nudge others for execution
  • Naturally self-directed, organized, and resourceful with the ability to multi-task, managing and switching priorities as needed
  • Clear, articulate, and empathetic communication style – you can listen first and deliver your message with respect, confidence, and compassion
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment where diversity and inclusion are celebrated!

Additional Information
