Operations & Fulfillment Assistant — In-Person (Colorado Springs)

Part-Time | Mon/Wed/Fri | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation: $18–$20/hr

We’re growing—and we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Operations & Fulfillment Assistant to join us in person at our Colorado Springs headquarters.

This is not a remote position. We’re building a collaborative company culture, and we’re looking for someone excited to be part of our daily rhythm, support our founder, and take real ownership of essential day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the CEO with operational tasks and special projects

Process, package, and ship daily orders using Shopify and ShipStation

Manage customer communications via Outlook with clarity and care

Assist with inventory handling, product finishing, and packaging

Keep our studio organized, clean, and running like a well-oiled machine

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)

Proficiency with ShipStation, Outlook, Excel, and label printers

Strong attention to detail and ability to switch tasks with ease

A positive, get-it-done attitude—no task too small or too big

A genuine interest in wellness, beauty, or slow-luxury brands

Compensation & Perks:

$18/hour to start during 90-day probation

$20/hour post-probation
