As the newest member of our team, you will play a supporting role in keeping our fast-moving business operations on track! Your experience as an office manager or administrator in an agency has exposed you to the diverse needs of small companies, kept your project management abilities honed and refined your organization and problem-solving skills. Spend your days:

  • Assisting the Managing Director in planning, organizing and coordinating key business operations functions
  • Creating efficiencies and evolving our operations, HR, recruiting, and technology systems and processes
  • Shepherding our recruitment/onboarding processes, so that we’re well positioned to attract and retain top talent in a very competitive labor market
  • Building out critical technology ops infrastructure, so that our consultants have the hardware and software they need to succeed—whether here at home or working remotely
  • Establishing and managing external relationships with key service providers and partners
  • Collaborating with firm leadership on projects requiring operations reporting and analysis
  • Jumping to wrangle unexpected challenges and special projects
  • Working closely with team members in financial and client service operations to ensure that all initiatives hang together in support of business goals
  • Tracking operational metrics and KPIs and assisting in the annual budgeting process
  • Leveling up your skills so that you can grow as the company grows
  • Contributing to the development of business growth and people management strategy by synthesizing information, contributing new insights, and highlighting ways we can increase our effectiveness

Qualifications

Show us your:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office or business operations management within an agency or other fast-moving business services environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
  • Technical savviness, Mac confidence, and strong Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud platform skills
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management apps
  • Brilliantly organized, resourceful, and self-directed—you can juggle competing priorities and jump in where needed
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written—proofreading everything that goes out
  • Friendly, outgoing, engaging personality—you genuinely enjoy helping people
