Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Order Management Specialist in Denver, North Carolina. This role plays a key part in our operations, focusing on the processing of customer orders and maintaining customer accounts in line with our industry standards. As an Order Entry Clerk, you will be using various software systems and tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy in your work.Responsibilities: Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders using various software systems such as CRM and ERP solutions. Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date. Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing high-quality customer service. Use Accounting Software Systems in the management of customer credit applications. Monitor customer accounts and conduct check processing as required. Manage billing functions to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking. Oversee claim administration and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise. Process purchase orders and coordinate equipment shipping when necessary.
