Paralegal

Our client, a leading Colorado law firm, is seeking a 5 plus years' experienced Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist lawyers with case preparation, research, and overall legal support in these practice areas.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience as a Paralegal in Personal Injury (plaintiff's side) and Civil Litigation

- Previous experience with requesting and summarizing medical records

- Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and MS Office suite

- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills required

- Certification as a Paralegal is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on case laws, regulations, and statutes

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

- Organize and maintain case files and documentation

- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel

- Coordinate depositions, court hearings, and trials

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal with a passion for assisting in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation cases. This is a full-time position. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as required. This will be a hybrid role.
