Parts Manager

Looking for an organized, self-starting individual to manage our parts department. We have very competitive pay with excellent benefits.

Your responsibilities would be as follows:

-Receiving and postings all parts and the associated invoices

-Managing returns and posting credit memo's

-Mirror matching parts for accuracy

-Delivering parts to techs within the shop

-Calling on paint critical parts daily

-Updating production list daily with parts ETA's

-Managing parts carts to help technician efficiency

-Helping run vehicles to sublets

-Breaking down parts boxing for recycle bin

-Valid Driver's License required
