GENERAL

PURPOSE

OF

THE

JOB Describe the primary purpose or scope of the job. What must be accomplished and why is it performed.The Senior Quality Assurance – Performance QA Analyst’s role is expected to develop and establish quality assurance standards within the organization. This individual will also gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This will include adhering project to testing lifecycle, for tracking defects and for fixes in software application development, information systems, and operations systems. This QA Analyst will need to be skilled in the tools like

LoadRunner,

Neoload and

LoadNinja primarily. Should have ability to explore new market trends for the application and implement it from the scratch. Easy going and team contributor. Should have ability to implement concrete reporting model for Performance across lanes. This QA should be skilled in performance testing on the Web as well as Mobile app. This QA will need to do performance testing across web, mobile, APIs as well as iPad devices. Should be hands on QA to be able to individually work through the tools and take of assigned responsibilities. Should be skilled in theAgile/SAFE agile model.

Test Strategy and Planning

50% 1.Review requirements and design documents to ensure adequate understanding to develop test plans, test scenariosand test cases 2.Creates and executes test cases to ensure appropriate testcoverage 3.Mine for data, backend validation, and perform data qualityanalysis via SQL 4.Recommend improvements and/or corrections to developersfor products assigned

Test Project Management and Coordination (tools like QC,Jira)

40% 5.Estimate effort required to perform all QA activities assigned 6.Lead distributed teams at projects level 7.Lead multiple projects from QA perspective 8.Lead defect triage meetings 9.Other duties as assigned. 10.Active participation in project ceremonies and lead asnecessary 11.Provide recommendations and lead (as applicable) tostreamline and improve processes 12.Coordinate and communicate with Project resources across the distributed teams to complete assigned projects

10% 13.Document status and final reports for QA activities 14.Document and lead risks mitigation plans during projectlifecycle 15.Troubleshoots and resolves or recommends solutions to adiverse range of complex software testing problems. Uses judgment within defined policies and practices (includessoftware and technical documentation solutions) 16.Assist with UAT as needed for data creation Total Allocation of Time
