Job Description

We are looking for a

Pharmacy Technicianto join our family in

Fort Collins, Co. Your job will be to assist the Pharmacist in dispensing medication to customers and patients according to prescribed methods. The Pharmacy Technician approaches his/her tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.

We offer:

  • Starting hourly pay range is$17.00to $19.55per hr.
  • Monday to Friday – Available8 am to 6pm

Qualifications

What you need to be qualified for this job:

Computer skills required include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for email, basic Internet knowledge, and multi-line phone experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish required

Education:

Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.

Experience:

One year of general pharmacy experience is desired.

Certification:

  • Pharmacy Technicians must obtain a certification or provisional certification from the State Board of Pharmacy (Board).
  • It is a job requirement that applicants/new hires comply with this regulation and receive this certification or provisional certification from the State Board of Pharmacy (Board) prior to their start date.
  • If granted a provisional certification, the employee must pass their CPHT examination in the time frame required by the State Board of Pharmacy. (18months), or be granted an extension by the State Board allowing them to maintain their provisional licensure. Valid and current licensure by the state must be maintained to ensure continued employment.
