Prep/Dishwasher

Rosalee’s Pizzeria in Longmont is looking for a full time prep cook/dishwasher. Tuesday-Saturday. 7 am - 3 pm.

Duties include washing dishes, preparing sauces, chopping vegetables, grating cheese, slicing meats/cheeses and much more.

Must have solid knife skills, experience using a slicer (and other restaurant equipment), good attitude and attendance, understanding of all sanitation and food guidelines, love food and having fun in a busy environment.
