Pricing ManagerPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Pork division at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production, scheduling, and pricing of a specific primal by working with sales, plants, and production departments to maximize JBS profits.Responsibilities:
Manage assigned pork primals.
Understand and implement JBS pricing policies.
Analyze on a weekly and annual basis the mix of customers and sold products to determine adjustments needed to maximize margins.
Interact with sales, scheduling, and accounting teams to optimize operating margins.
Monitor the marketplace, understand the seasonality of the primal, the industry trends and pricing relative to that market.
Anticipate market direction and react accordingly.
Provide pricing quotes and fresh/frozen product availability to inside and outside sales
Understand the dynamics of the market to make informed decisions related to the pricing and sale of products.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Economics, or Animal Science preferred, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of previous experience in the pork industry preferred.
Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Must be team oriented as well as have the ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be willing and able to react accordingly to market changes in a timely manner
Desire to work in corporate office environment.
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :
Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $85,000-$110,000; and
Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
