Job Description (Solution Architect) Team GTMP is the Digital Technology organization responsible for supporting the Lead-to-Order applications for an ever-growing $7B business. The team is both highly technical and strategic. Role As a Technical Solutions Architect on the ServiceNow GTMP team, you will collaborate with developers and software architects on highly technical solutions and help the organization build secure and resilient software. You be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex software solutions to meet the business needs while exemplifying technical excellence and productivity for the rest of the team. This role will provide technical direction and guidance for a global development team responsible for delivering enterprise solutions. A key part of this position is to ensure the continued success of a program. You will help mentor software engineers and assist them in secure software design. What you get to do in this role: Own and manage functional architecture strategy, roadmap, and development for multiple domains from Quote-to-Order, Entitlement, and Install Base management. Work on complex business challenges and solution integration designs across multiple COTS (SAP Callidus, SAP EMS) and custom ServiceNow applications supporting end-to-end business flow from Lead to Cash, with an emphasis on CPQ, Entitlements, and Install Base. Stay abreast of new technology capabilities and leverage knowledge in contributing to product solutions, as ServiceNow’s Quote-to-Order processes mature. Recommend and plan innovative products and features, lead evaluation of products for purchase. Functional decomposition of services and products to manageable Microservices Participate actively in product planning and roadmap definition Mentor and collaborate with development teams to adopt secure coding practices Identify functional tradeoffs, escalate risks, and manage mitigation in collaboration with neighbor Digital Technology teams Manages and monitors the technical debt backlog Demonstrable experience in developing, publishing, and maintaining all documentation for Conceptual and Physical solution designs Work with Project/Program Managers, Business Analysts, Data Architects, and Software developers to achieve project objectives - delivery dates, cost objectives, quality objectives, business customer satisfaction objectives, etc.
