Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork on Supply Chain IT team as a principal techno-functional developer for SCALE WMS applications. Needs to analyze business requirements, create designs and develop and provide documentation by utilizing Dish Network specified tools and methodologies. Needs to have strong functional knowledge of Warehouse Management modules so that he/she can transform the business requirements of the warehouse processes. Provide information system technology solutions by adhering to Dish Network prescribed life-cycle tools and methodologies. May provide a variety of services ranging from day-to-day support, maintenance, design, development, and trouble-shooting to improve, advance, or simplify Dish Network’s business processes. May provide leadership or project management within the application development team to deliver coordinated software solutions. May define standards and procedures; refine methods and techniques for information modeling and best practices for application software development and deployment.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university preferably in IT or related fields.
  • At least 12 + years of experience in WMS with functional experience in vendor specific applications - Manhattan SCALE.
  • Strong experience with developing interfaces between various systems related to warehouse management.
  • Hands-on experience developing progressive web applications using HTML, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, Responsive design.
  • Experience in Designing and developing cloud solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, flexible, and secure cloud architectures - specifically AWS.
  • This person is responsible for providing advanced technical leadership for complex project work. Decisions should be based on business requirements provided by business units and team members.
  • Responsible for supporting release management activities, deploying program builds to development, test and production environments, maintaining CI/CD environments, including administration and scripting as necessary.

Salary RangeCompensation: $115,500.00/Year - $165,000.00/Year
