Atrilogy's direct client is seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager who will use Lean Six Sigma principles. This is a Hybrid -Remote position in Aurora, CO; 6-month Contract to Hire . Qualifications

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
Required Licensure/Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP
Minimum Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
Project management and Lean facilitation experience

Responsibilities

Facilitates organizational-redesign implementation.
Works closely with staff to drive culture of continuous improvement.
Supports client service lines in achieving strategic goals by leading cross-functional teams through operational improvement initiatives resulting in operational efficiencies.
Coordinates Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) and follow-up activities.
Develops Lean strategies and ensures adherence to the system Performance Improvement standards and principles of Lean.
Coordinates services with other departments.
Facilitates attainment of measurable outcomes.
Conducts needs assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainment of change.
Delivers presentations and reports.
Leads cross-functional teams that will include physicians, clinical and administrative staff.
