Atrilogy's direct client is seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager who will use Lean Six Sigma principles. This is a Hybrid -Remote position in Aurora, CO; 6-month Contract to Hire . Qualifications

  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Required Licensure/Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP
  • Minimum Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Project management and Lean facilitation experience
Responsibilities
  • Facilitates organizational-redesign implementation.
  • Works closely with staff to drive culture of continuous improvement.
  • Supports client service lines in achieving strategic goals by leading cross-functional teams through operational improvement initiatives resulting in operational efficiencies.
  • Coordinates Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) and follow-up activities.
  • Develops Lean strategies and ensures adherence to the system Performance Improvement standards and principles of Lean.
  • Coordinates services with other departments.
  • Facilitates attainment of measurable outcomes.
  • Conducts needs assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainment of change.
  • Delivers presentations and reports.
  • Leads cross-functional teams that will include physicians, clinical and administrative staff.
