Atrilogy's direct client is seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager who will use Lean Six Sigma principles. This is a Hybrid -Remote position in Aurora, CO; 6-month Contract to Hire . Qualifications
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Required Licensure/Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
- Project management and Lean facilitation experience
- Facilitates organizational-redesign implementation.
- Works closely with staff to drive culture of continuous improvement.
- Supports client service lines in achieving strategic goals by leading cross-functional teams through operational improvement initiatives resulting in operational efficiencies.
- Coordinates Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) and follow-up activities.
- Develops Lean strategies and ensures adherence to the system Performance Improvement standards and principles of Lean.
- Coordinates services with other departments.
- Facilitates attainment of measurable outcomes.
- Conducts needs assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainment of change.
- Delivers presentations and reports.
- Leads cross-functional teams that will include physicians, clinical and administrative staff.
- IT staffing and placement such as Project Managers, Agile/Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, DBAs, Software Engineers, Mobile Developers (iOS, Android), DevOps, Automation, QA, Systems & Network Engineers, Cyber Security / Information Security Specialists, ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data and Creative (UI/UX, Web Design)
- Operational staffing and placement of Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing professionals, as well as Information Technology resources.
