Our client is in immediate need for a talented
Process Engineer ; with experience in the IT Industry. This is a 12 Months contract opportunity with possible extension and is located in Littleton/Denver, CO . This requirement is open for onsite work from day 1 Pay Rate: $65/hr to 77/hrEmployee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave Responsibilities:- Provides subject matter expertise to process Owners and process working group members on ITIL V3 and Service management
- Gathers requirements on ITIL V3 aligned service management processes.
- Finalizes process flows and process assets and facilitating process definition
- Finalizes service management process architecture and process assets.
- Co-ordinates with team to provide the right inputs for process definitions.
- Ensure Stakeholder management of process owner/Managers.
- Escalating issues related to respective project/work stream
- Should have experience in running telecom operations
- 6 - 8 Year of overall experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles.
- 3 - 4 Year of Experience in ITSM practice in managing ITIL processes like Governance, IM, CM, PM Etc.
- Should have excellent process understanding. Experienced in Process designing, process mapping in at least 2 ITSM Engagements.
