Product Analyst, Network Processing

We are seeking a forward-thinking Product Analyst to join our team. The position is responsible for developing DPS Debit products and services related to Authorization Processing, Back-office, Settlement, and Reporting.This role will primarily support product development of payment processing network interfaces and all DPS supported unaffiliated networks.  The ideal person for this role should have a passion for product development, technical savvy, and curiosity.  They should also have an understanding of payment networks, experience managing products, problem solving, and willingness to roll-up their sleeves to get the job done.Essential FunctionsParticipate in the full lifecycle of an authorization processing product enhancement including impact analysis, requirements gathering, technical requirements writing, technical designs reviews, prepare and be responsible for client documentations to ensure accuracy and quality.Engage with internal and external partner on the Network enhancement(s).Work closely with developers on reviewing and refining requirements to ensure developers understand requirements and what success looks like for the payment network enhancement.Support reporting of key activities, including proactive progress on requirements gathering and testing as well as issue management and resolution.Understand the network processing market, clients, end-user needs, and competitive landscape.Exhibit leadership skills and a vision for how to get things done better and faster.Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to manage product development and project execution.Maintain a client-centered approach in strategy development and day-to-day operations.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
