As part of Computershare - the world's largest stock transfer agent-we have grown rapidly in Colorado and Arizona to meet the evolving needs of our clients.The Product Manager work within Technology in the Loan Service Product Team, the role responsible for leading the product demand pipeline and ensuring they collaborate and coordinate with our Delivery teams, lead the product managers on all project related activity related to the product and role.

The Product Management function is critical to the success of the Computershare Loan Services business. The function consists of a dynamic team of leaders solely focused on growing and optimizing our product, service and channel offerings in the mortgage servicing industry.

The role is primarily responsible for managing an existing product set whilst working with our technology delivery teams to identify, develop, implement and launch new product and service initiatives to market. A focus on the channels by which our products and services are offered by is essential to drive our revenue opportunities, influence our cost to serve, and ultimately define our customers' experience and their subsequent impression of our brand.

The overarching responsibilities are to work with stakeholders to define the long-term vision and roadmaps, communication of key initiatives to relevant parties, and deliver new product or channel offerings to market which align to Computershare Loan Services strategic priorities. The role ensures performance of existing products and channels is measured against and meeting an agreed set of criteria. Looks for opportunities to optimise by exploiting opportunities for customer growth, channel adoption, product profitability and optimization.Central to the function is our customer. Ranging from investors, to borrowers and our internal operational/business stakeholders, our team is obsessed with bringing a simple and frictionless experience to all our customers and the channels they access our services.

What will you bring to the role?

Essential:
  • 3+ years of experience in the same or similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Technology.
  • Experience in a financial service, technology and/or professional services sector, providing strategic ownership for one or more complex products and services.
  • Experience in the identification and development of new products and services.
  • Experience in the ongoing management and maintenance of existing services, including testing, implementation and training.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills providing the ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and promotes understanding and consensus.
  • Experience delivering large scale results through agile teams.
The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the successful establishment and implementation of new product development initiatives with associated engagement models, tools and practices.
  • Experience working within and delivering change using the SAFe methodology.
  • Post graduate qualifications desirable.
  • Professional / industry association membership desirable.
  • Knowledge of Mortgage or Banking Services industries and markets is highly regarded.

Compensation. $105,000 - $125,000
