Job Description :
  • Collaborate with Client’s internal teams to elaborate requirement and to translate them into execution backlog
  • Creates requirements for the engineering team by identifying new feature / use cases which can provide business value to Client.
  • Identify and work with Client on measuring the success criteria / ROI (Return on Investment) for the use cases
  • Provide support and work closely with Development team team during use case execution
  • Analyse a Business Process (for a Customer) and identify Data Science & AI interventions that can bring ROI for them.
  • Design compelling and impactful Proposals for Customers in the areas of Data Engineering & Data Science solutions with support from the Practices.
  • Advise the Data Science Project teams on how best to adapt the Data Science interventions for the Customer context.
  • Ability to articulate questions in a clear and concise manner that efficiently ensures clear and well scoped out requirements.
  • Ability to analyse and breakdown problem statement, discover requirements, apply out of the box thinking and constructively challenge the problem and able to clearly create logical, functional flows.
  • Should be able to analyse data to draw business-relevant insights and showcase data visualizations using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Should have an analytical bent of mind and must be able to pick up Data analysis, Regression, Linear Algebra & Statistics concepts quickly.
  • Excellence in gathering requirements through various techniques like workshops, interviews, brainstorming and documenting user stories.
  • Strong understanding of the practical application of agile-scrum development methods and experience in leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment.
  • Develop requirement specifications in the format determined by the chosen project methodology and engagement scope which could include user stories, use cases, use case diagrams, activity and sequence diagrams, functional and non-functional requirements, process models, workflow diagrams and user acceptance tests.
  • Knowledge and effective usage of tools like JIRA, Confluence, TFS, etc. • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve product quality, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills during live discussions, audio/video calls, email etc. to internal/external audiences on role relevant content such as project scope, requirements, changes, design, technical approach, estimates, quality and all related aspects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
