A services organization in Colorado is currently seeking a new Product Manager to join their growing team in Greenwood Village. In this role, the Product Manager will be responsible for the product lifecycle and development of application and data security initiatives for the company's services and applications. This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work a few days a week onsite.

Responsibilities: The Product Manager will:
  • Bring proven knowledge of industry best practices in product development and translate appropriate steps for unique organization and market position
  • Diagnose complex issues and evaluate, recommend, and execute the best resolution
  • Evaluates proposed features and enhancements from the perspective of the digital user experience and makes decisions in the best interest of the consumer
  • Develop and communicate product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in product, marketing and customer operations to implement strategy
  • Provide a data-centric perspective, using data as the driver and influencer of priority and measurements of success
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Product Development / Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Data Sharing and Security best practices, including platform (Apple, Android, Roku, etc.) requirements
  • Solid understanding digital best practices in accessibility, usability, requirement writing, agile and waterfall development, software product management, web analytics and product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies, including SAML and OAuth
  • Familiarity with data security best practices and platform (Apple, Android, Roku, etc) security capabilities and requirements
  • Strong knowledge of digital SDLC tools such as JIRA
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
