- Partner with sales support, product, and development teams to identify key business needs and solve customer problems in an agile environment
- Work closely with our product management organization to define and own feature delivery driven by business initiatives
- Manage vendor communication related to the software tool and its development
- Work cross-functionally with Product Development teams to ensure compatibility with engineering requirements.
- Work closely with Product Owners and/or technical leads to communicate the needs of the business in a manner conducive to building technical requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Five or more years of relevant work experience in strategic product management
- Experience working on product strategy, product planning, and product delivery in the telecommunications space
- Experience managing the entire product development lifecycle - from strategy ideation to launch execution and everything in between
- Experience working with software development teams
- Strong business/financial acumen and analytical skills
