Product Systems Analyst Pilgrim’s is looking for a Product Systems Analyst that reports to Research and Development. This position leads day to day operation of inventory control and management of data systems. This role supports the development of food products by managing product specifications, product systems and reporting for the department. Responsibilities:

Support inventory control and management of packaging supplies and ingredients.

Contribute to management, implementation and monitor identity, governance, storage, project and change control across numerous systems and environments.

Contribute to implementation of systems within Pilgrim’s and partner companies.

Data Systems Report Writer - Create, edit, change and publish reports drawing data from across numerous systems according to set parameters.

Provide support in recipe development

R&D PLM Expert – Train peers in the R&D department on the Project Lifecycle Management system.

Assist in creating and changing the Project Lifecycle Management system to best fit each department’s need

Collaborate with cross-functional team members.

Manage multiple projects at once and prioritize with assistance from manager.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Update and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or related professional experience or related technical field, preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Data management

Highly attentive to detail, self-motivated

Excellent organization skills, project management skills, and the ability to multitask

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to/with employees at all levels of the organization

Experience with Accolade and/or Project management tools, preferred

Ability to manage cross-functional and external collaborations and projects

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to create solutions

SAP experience, preferred

Knowledge of USDA data systems, preferred

Ability to travel

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): eligible after 90 days of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

Base salary range of $50,000 - $58,800

Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
