Job Title: Production Team MemberJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic production team in a role that involves manufacturing and packaging exterior caulk for commercial construction companies. This position entails dumping finished products into buckets, palletizing, documenting quality assurance checks, and managing inventory. Additionally, team members will work in the packaging area to box finished caulk and ensure proper labeling. This role requires collaboration with the production team to meet daily goals.Hard Skills

Work EnvironmentThis is a physically demanding and dirty work environment. Team members must be able to lift 40-50 lb buckets and must be clean-shaven to safely wear a respirator when needed. Work shifts are either from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, from 5 am to 5:30 pm, with initial training from 8 am to 4:30 pm during the first week. Pay rates are $23 per hour for the 1st shift and $25 per hour for the 3rd shift.
