On Call Moving and Storage, an established and reputable company based in Gypsum, Colorado, is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as Drivers and Movers. We proudly serve the Vail Valley and beyond, offering both local and long-distance moving solutions to our valued clients.

Position Overview:

As a Driver/Mover, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities include safely operating our fleet of 12', 16', and 26' box trucks (no CDL required), assisting with packing, loading, and unloading items, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.

Shift lengths vary based on package volume. Part-time employees typically work 3–6 hours per day, while full-time employees can expect 6–10 hours per day.

Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week.

Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes.

Mover Position Details:

Collaborate with team members to pack, load, and unload household and office items with care and efficiency.

Protect furniture and belongings using moving blankets, shrink wrap, and other materials.

Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.

Ensure all items are handled safely to prevent damage during transport.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in clients’ homes/offices and in company vehicles.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and respectfully with clients throughout the moving process.

Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move heavy items repeatedly throughout the day.

Previous moving experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided for motivated candidates.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Driver Qualifications (if applying for driver role):

Valid, clean, and unrestricted Driver’s License (required for driver position).

Previous experience driving box trucks is highly preferred.
