- 5+ years’ experience leading technology initiatives
- PMP certified
- Effective communicator
- Takes ownership of all aspects of the program area
- Ability to build sound business cases and present those to stakeholders
- Manage a program level capability plan, collaborating with multiple agile technology team to build a roadmap
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques
- Experience with project planning and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, MS-Project, SharePoint, or equivalents
