Job Description:

As part of the Bank's Global Information Security (GIS) organization, the Cyber Security Operations (CSO) team's aim is to protect the bank and execute end-to-end responsibility for key operational cyber security controls. The Control Health Monitoring (CHM) team takes a proactive approach to monitoring the performance and health for the full suite of CSO cyber controls to improve detection, prevention, and response capabilities, aggressively address threats and risks, and proactively analyze control health to identify opportunities for improvement.

Role Summary: The Senior Service Delivery Manager (Program Manager) will work as a key member of the global CHM team to build the program structure and manage on-going program governance that spans all the CSO security teams and other key GIS partners. The program will include a variety of projects and initiatives spanning from technology development to operational processes and control health reporting.

Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for program-level strategy, multi-year road map, portfolio planning and progress monitoring across the program portfolio.- Establish, manage, and improve program operations and governance processes.- Track the strategic outcomes for the program and ensure that portfolio execution is aligned by working with the project managers and initiative leads.- Maintain regular touch points with team leadership, project managers, product owners, supporting technology teams, and initiative leads to understand delivery pipeline and operational performance.- Responsible to organize and manage executive level Steering Committee.- Provide status updates and routine reports for the program to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.- Own SharePoint Sites, Shared Files, Program Templates, status reports, meeting minutes.- Act as the team change agent and focuses on continual process improvement.- Define key performance indicators and internal controls.

Professional Competencies:- Solid understanding of technology development and integration using Agile development processes within a large corporate environment.- Experience in developing and managing annual project/program funding planning for Initiative and BAU funded projects.- Demonstrated program management skills and capacity to independently lead and drive progress as well as manage multiple priorities.- Competent at adapting to changing business needs, applying critical thinking, communicating effectively, focusing on stakeholders, demonstrating initiative, and influencing others.- Strong communication and presentation skills (both orally and in writing), with the ability to effectively interact, partner and influence leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.- Demonstrated history of process design, continuous process improvement and process optimization and organization and resource management.- Proven track record of managing and shifting priorities in a dynamic operational environment.- Strong attention to detail.- Ability to work in a global team environment as well as independently.- Bias towards collaboration and expanding relationships across the organization.

Technical Expertise:- Advanced knowledge of Program Management practices, e.g., PMI- Strong knowledge of financial services, cybersecurity products, services and technologies at a functional and data level.- Firm understanding of operational resilience concepts and frameworks.- Knowledge of information systems define, design, build and deploy processes.- Familiarity with traditional IT functions and deployment processes (servers, firewalls, networks, datacenters).

Desired Skills and Experience: - College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience.- Typically requires 8+ plus years of related work experience.- Relevant certifications are a plus, e.g., Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP).
