Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Program Manager will help manage and execute innovative projects across multiple departments. The scope of this role is varied and touches on marketing, brand development, technology development and overall company innovations. The Program Manager is responsible for eliciting vision, scope, and requirements for projects across multiple lines of business. They will use their program and people management skills to deliver high quality projects on time and on budget. This includes planning the project, resourcing the project with internal team members as well as third-party contractors or consultants, managing internal and client driven processes and procedures, project schedules, deliverables, and quality to successful completion and implementation. The innovation team works at a fast pace and the ideal candidate can adapt to changes and last minute assignments.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
  • Program and Project Planning : Create long- and short-term project plans, assist in the definition of scope and goals, set targets for milestones, identify and mitigate potential risks, and adhere to deadlines while remaining flexible to adjusting schedules and targets when warranted.
  • Communication : Serve as a point of contact for teams to ensure all parties are kept up-to-date and actions remain in synergy, as well as communicate with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals and expectations.
  • Leadership through Influence : Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them and motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time while resolving conflict.
  • Decision Making : Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to proceed with the project.
  • Program Execution and Delivery : Coordinate team meetings to foster a collaborative environment and facilitate deliverable reviews to obtain stakeholder buy-in and alignment, culminating in consistent delivery of projects on time and at a high level of quality.
  • Continuous Improvement : Analyze processes, structures, and tools used on projects and make recommendations to promote more effective and efficient ways of working.
Skills, Experience and Requirements: Requirements
  • Program and timeline planning experience including management of dependencies, impacts, and resources.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications and blockchain technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders including internal and external business partners and senior executives.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration and partnerships across departments and teams, brainstorm and implement viable solutions, facilitate technical meetings, and act as a central point between business and technical teams.
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while handling different situations and tasks with minimal direct oversight from management; self-driven to seek out projects and drive initiatives in order to keep the team and organization productive and progressing towards goals and objectives.

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as project management, information systems, finance, or telecommunications.
  • 3+ years of program management and business experience leading large complex initiatives; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with project/release management.
  • Fluency in ecommerce technology, including shopping cart, ordering, and payment-system applications; inventory management; and shipping systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and office 365, GSuite.

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. Salary Range: USD $75600.00 - $108000.00 / Year
