Job Duties and Responsibilities This role will be working within the 5G Supply Chain Team. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally to design requirements, prioritize, test and implement features into exciting operating systems. They will partner with System Development, Markets, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc to ensure all critical activities are tracked and completed in a timely and efficient manner. They will also create design flows, project plans and communication strategies to improve the overall efficiency of the program and track system issues to a resolution. In addition, the Program Manager will lead ad-hoc projects as needed and be the responsible for maintaining the Supply Chain communication portal. Responsibilities: Responsible for driving performance on Supply Chain processes for cross-functional teams including: Markets, Supply Chain, NexsysOne, Oracle, Manufacturing, etc… Handles key operational system feature development and special ad-hoc projects Develops process improvements and best practices training that that can be implemented throughout the organization Develops relationships with cross-functional teams to track critical dates, milestones and activities that are critical to our success Process and research a variety of issues that may arise within the operating systems Build and design key feature requirements and design flow for system implementation Proactively recognize and define opportunities/problems, determine solutions to address them, and independently oversees solutions through to completion Skills, Experience and Requirements A successful PM will have the following: Advanced in GSuite and MS Office BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Ability to quickly ingest data and feedback amd turn it into action items for appropriate teams Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritize team’s work, and drives positive change consistent with overarching organizational goals Champion key projects to completion with enthusiasm and confidence Regularly recommend changes that improve existing operating systems leading to a more streamlined department performance Demonstrate exceptional skills in judgment, listening, and decision making Have strong project management skills including a demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, manage, & evaluate projects efficiency. Regularly collaborate with management to ensure organizational consistency Demonstrate aptitude for critical thinking in complex situations with the ability to synthesize ambiguous data into concrete results Perform ad-hoc analyses related to cost-savings system issues, process gaps, and other corporate initiatives Salary Range Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year Compensation and Benefits From versatile health perks to new career opportunities, check out our benefits on our careers website.
