Work with IT management to prioritize and scope scheduled activities and changes. Work with other PMO teams to monitor progress of projects across phases by employingappropriate metrics and management reporting. Completes operational and technical documentation required for project implementations. Coordinates and participates in regular prioritization and progress feedback sessions with thebusiness and Information Security. Manage the intake of Information security requests through a structured project managementprocess. Coordinates and participates in end-of-project reviews and presents related metrics in order toassist with the evaluation of the value add of project objectives and deliverables. Frequent travel within the Denver metro area and occasional travel to Dish offices within theUnited States to meet with key business representatives. Other duties as assigned.A successful Project Manager will have the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field and3-5 years experience as a software development Project Manager, Program Manager or ReleaseManager; or combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of software development phases and processes is key, including a workingknowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to utilize key facilitation skills with technical, managerial, and business stakeholders tocommunicate issues and risks and arrive at appropriate solutions and plans. Solid experience with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), Microsoft Project, Excel, Word,Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint. Experience using relevant software tools. Project management experience in information security-related projects.
