Property Maintenance Technician

Family owned and Boulder based rental property service company in search of a skilled maintenance technician, looking for a person with a good work ethic and positive attitude with the following skills:

- Ability to work independently and problem solve.

- Ability to collaborate with fellow maintenance technicians.

- Experience in most general property repairs

- Experience in door and window repair/replacement

- Plumbing repairs: Sweating copper, replacing water heaters, replacing faucets, toilets, fill valves, fill lines, shower valves, replacing garbage disposals, etc.

- Basic electricity: Installation of light fixtures, replacing wall outlets and switches, installation and general troubleshooting.

- Painting: Touch up and interior/exterior painting.

- Drywall: Ability to do touch up and match existing textures.

- Gutters: Repairs, cleaning and replacement-must be comfortable working on ladders.

- Appliance repair: Stoves, dishwashers, washer/dryer is a plus

HVAC Experience a plus!

Must have a clean driving record and be drug free, and able to pass a background check.
